If a User violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company may suspend the User's use of the services or take measures such as deleting the registration without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the User as a result."

Article 9 (Damages)
"If a User violates laws or these Terms and causes damage to the Company or third parties while using the services, the User shall compensate for all damages, directly or indirectly."

Article 10 (Governing Law)
The governing law for these Terms shall be Japanese law.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction)
"All disputes and claims related to the services and these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance."

Article 12 (Special Provisions)
Special provisions may be separately established under these Terms. If there are provisions that conflict with these Terms in the explanation pages of the Company’s services, the provisions stated on those explanation pages shall apply.
(Supplementary Provisions)
These Terms shall be effective from April 1, 2022.
